Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from the billing portal (Billing in the console, then Manage billing). Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

No partial-month refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We don’t refund the unused part of a month when you cancel or downgrade. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep the larger plan until then.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged in error for any other reason, we’ll refund it in full. Email support@getdocketwatch.com from your account address with the date and amount. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take several business days to show it.

If a charge doesn’t look right, contact us before disputing it with your bank. It’s usually faster.
