The price you subscribe at is your price for as long as you stay subscribed. If we change prices later, the change applies to new subscriptions only, never to yours.
If you cancel and subscribe again later, you’ll pay the price offered at that time.
Billing questions
The upgrade takes effect right away. You’re charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current month immediately, then the new price each month after.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep the larger limit for the month you’ve paid for. If you’re watching more than 250 carriers then, they all stay on your list, but you can’t add more until you’re under the limit.
From the billing portal (Billing in the console, then Manage billing). Your subscription ends at the end of the current period; you keep access until then and aren’t charged again.
No. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and there are no refunds for the part of a month you’ve already paid for. Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded: see refunds.
